He spent the last year teaching yoga on a donation based approach at “La Escuela Para el Arte del Actor” in Madrid and later via livestream from his apartment when the COVID-19 lockdowns began. He holds a RYT200 from Mukta Yoga in Mexico City and specializes in the areas of ashtanga yoga and restorative vinyasa. In what feels like a former life he spent several years working in financial services at the headquarters of one of the country’s largest investment banks in New York. With that said, he is no stranger to stress and aspires to help others build a flexible, strong and resilient mind and body through a consistent yoga practice.
