About Henner:
Henner is a native South Floridian that recently returned to Palm Beach County after finishing a Masters degree in Contemporary History at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He spent the last year teaching yoga on a donation based approach at “La Escuela Para el Arte del Actor” in Madrid and later via livestream from his apartment when the COVID-19 lockdowns began. He holds a RYT200 from Mukta Yoga in Mexico City and specializes in the areas of ashtanga yoga and restorative vinyasa. In what feels like a former life he spent several years working in financial services at the headquarters of one of the country’s largest investment banks in New York. With that said, he is no stranger to stress and aspires to help others build a flexible, strong and resilient mind and body through a consistent yoga practice.

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re bringing yoga back to Social House for our members +
we’re kicking things off on Wednesday, November 6 at 4 p.m.
This time around, the classes will be taught by housemate Jessica McCarrick
and they’ll take place every other Wednesday from 4-5 p.m. to start.
What’s the cost?
We thought that you’d ask. These classes will be free, as they’re one of the perks for being a member here at Social House — but we do ask that you RSVP by noon so we know how many people to set up the room for.
Members — please register in our private Facebook group.
Not a member? Unfortunately, this event is only open to members at the moment.
Bring a a change of clothes, a mat and a beverage, of course, to keep you hydrated throughout the event. If you don’t have a mat, there’s no need to worry, as we do have a few extras that will be available to use.
What to do if you won’t be able to attend?
We hope that you do, but we understand that it won’t work for everyone.
Just keep in mind that these classes will be taking place.
