The Butcher and The Bar
The Butcher & The Bar is a new restaurant coming to Boynton Beach — and we’re thrilled to announce that we’re partnering up with them to host a preview dinner here at Social House in Lake Worth Beach. Be one of the firsts to try the soon-to-open restaurant featuring the cuisine of Executive Chef Daniel Ramos.
We’ve been following Chef Daniel Ramos around for awhile now — ever since he became the Executive Chef at Market 17 in Fort Lauderdale. His dedication to working with only high-quality ingredients — ie. locally-sourced ingredients, humanely-raised meat products and and clean, fresh food — has always been impressive. When Daniel started up his company Red Splendor Sausage with Chef Jason Brown and made bone broth and handmade sausages, we were right there cheering him along. Now, we’re excited to work with him, as he launches his newest venture The Butcher and The Bar with Chef Jason Brown and new partners Eric Anderson and Marit Hedeen.
So join us for an evening of food, wine and friendly conversation — and get a taste of the restaurant before it opens to the general public.

Offering traditional cuts of meats, sausages, sides, bone broths and more, The Butcher & The Bar will be a full-service retail butcher shop that focuses on sourcing clean products from local and regional sources — and bar. The “premium, not pretentious” bar emphasizes local producers and quality ingredients and offers sit-down lunch service during the day and a menu of small plates in the evenings. At it’s helm is Executive Chef Daniel Ramos.
