Join us Saturday, October 8th for our second installment of Balance + Brunch! Kate McCabe of Kate McCabe will lead you through an energizing, all-levels vinyasa flow, followed by a fresh, fall-inspired brunch spread in our sidebar by Anna Kae of Love Well Baking Co. Bring a mat, bring a friend, and join us for what is sure to be another heart-opening and belly-filling morning.
who should attend
This event is open to everyone: members and public, beginners and experienced yogis alike.
pricing + what you get
The cost is $45 per person + tax, and includes the class, breakfast and beverages.
A fall inspired brunch featuring:
– Housemade biscuits with pumpkin butter
– Maple granola acai bowls
– Butternut squash, kale + pancetta hash
– Sun-dried tomato + goat cheese quiche
– Mini cider donuts
– Pomegranate Aperol Spritz or
– Apple Cider Mimosa

what you should bring
Don’t forget your yoga mat! Feel free to bring anything you normally would to class – water bottle, towel, etc.
