Freelancers, indies & owners of small businesses in creative industries are invited to spend the day at the House to get a feel for our shared work/life space and meet our amazing group of members. It’s a free coworking day and an opportunity to make connections within our like-minded creative community. The free day of coworking will begin at 9:30 a.m.
“Behind the Business” Live Podcast Recording
As an added bonus this month, we’ll be recording our new podcast Behind the Business — and you’ll have the opportunity to be in the studio audience. The podcast portion of the day will begin at 5:00 p.m. There will be a mingle taking place from 5-5:45 p.m. with light bites and an adult beverage and the recording will start promptly at 6:00 p.m. Being on time for this portion of the event is a must do and unfortunately, we won’t be able to admit people after the recording begins.
Our host Tiffany Lanier will interview Darines Castro of Simply Flowers. Please RSVP, as space is limited.
If you can’t be there for the entire day, no worries here — Stop by for an hour or stay all day and see what being a member at Social House is all about.

About Darines Castro of Simply Flowers
With an innate ability for crafting visually impactful designs, it is no wonder that Darines has thrived in the floral industry for over 15 years. Upon graduating from the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology, Darines spent several years honing her skills assisting other great designers both in New York and in South Florida. In 2006, she opened Simply Flowers bringing together her love for the visual arts and floral design.
Darines understands the transformative nature of floral and event design. She believes in curating decor representative of her clients that speaks both to them and to their guests. Her style can be described as graphic, organic and modern. From textural tablescapes to whimsical ceremonies to lush installations, Darines strives to ensure your event is as unique as you are.
Outside of beautiful flowers, Darines’ life is made up by her son, Lucca, her American bulldog, Lola, caffeine and running sneakers.
