Morning Shift (Every Tuesday)

Looking for a better way to start each morning? Get guidance and support for developing your own personal routines with a weekly group session hosted by House member Tiffany Lanier.
The focus is on morning rituals and routines to support your vision and how you want to grow.
– Start with a 5-10 minute guided meditation led by Tiffany
– Take 40 minutes to implement your own morning rituals (journaling, reading, stretching, coloring – whatever you want to do)
– Wrap up with lite group coaching/guidance on life, business, and/or mindset
Held weekly here at the House on Tuesday mornings from 8 to 9am, and open to all: $7 per session for members, $13 for non-members.
