Mindfulness Meditation with Dr. Sue Babcock

Mindfulness meditation sessions are held every Friday morning in our studio by Dr. Sue Babcock. The format is 20 mins of guided meditation with time before/after for discussion and questions, with some changes week to week. Participation is geared towards members but open to all: $8 per person, per session.
