Join us Sunday, June 11th for our fourth Balance + Brunch! Kate McCabe of Solful Health will lead you through an energizing, all-levels vinyasa flow, followed by a spring-inspired brunch spread in our Sidebar by Love Well Kitchen. Bring a mat, bring a friend, and join us for what is sure to be another heart-opening and belly-filling morning.

This event is open to everyone: members and public, beginners and experienced yogis alike.
pricing + what you get
The cost is $45 per person + tax, and includes the class, breakfast and beverages.

Don’t forget your yoga mat! Feel free to bring anything you normally would to class – water bottle, towel, etc.
