On episode 4 of Behind the Business, we interviewed Jules Aron, a holistic health and wellness coach, and green lifestyle expert. She is deeply passionate about a healthy, wholesome lifestyle that includes delicious and nutritious foods that fuel the body, mind and spirit and is the author of a variety of books including Zen and Tonic: Savory and Fresh Cocktails for the Enlightened Drinker and Nourish and Glow, Naturally Beautifying Foods and Elixirs.
Although Jules Aron is on a clear path now, it wasn’t always that way — and in this episode, she shares with us her journey from working for magazines in New York to coming up with the idea for her first book, Zen & Tonic. Along this path, Jules realized that she needed to be authentic — on her career path, to herself and furthermore, on social media. “I have to be true to myself. I will never post anything that doesn’t feel authentic.”
Jules also shared what it took for her to find clarity in her life — and spoke about the importance of showing up, planning ahead and the steps she took to publish not one, but four award-winning books. Going back to being authentic in your business, Jules left us with this — “Just don’t lose yourself. Stay true to yourself — and ask yourself How do you stay authentic through the process?”
