We’re a mixed-use and design-focused venue located on Lucerne Avenue in the heart of funky, artsy downtown Lake Worth. It’s part studio/work/meet space, part event venue – and at our core, we’re an eclectic group of creatives trying to do something a little differently.
We are primarily a creative coworking space, providing work, studio and meeting rooms for solo entrepreneurs, small businesses and flexible workers in creative industries. Memberships start at $75 per month; more info here.
We also host parties, company events, intimate weddings and other social celebrations with a guest list of 2 to 150. Our rooms are cozy and sophisticated, designed with a clean, timeless aesthetic and an indoor/outdoor flow.

The Management Team
Social House is owned and managed by husband and wife team Eric and Laura McGlynn, and is the result of seven years of brainstorming, dreaming, scheming and building relationships in South Florida’s blossoming bespoke event industry. Laura began her small business journey in 2008 with a stationery design business, Make Merry, followed by the creation of Florida’s top localized wedding blog and vendor resource guide, Floridian Weddings (now Floridian Social). On any given day, you’ll find one (or more) other friendly faces in the House: Megan, Desiree, Jenny and Francesca. Working as a team, they act as our Community and Venue Managers on a part-time basis, assisting our members, greeting new ones, giving tours of the space, and being the onsite maestros of our events.
